RLCBH seeks to provide caring, competent, and consistent support to both our clients and our counselors.  Our Clinic is designed by counselors - for counselors - to assist them in growing their practice competencies, receive invested training and ongoing support as they meet the needs of those they help

RLCBH desires to see lives changed - both in those whom we partner with in providing services and in the lives of those providing them.  

We have multiple employment opportunities for new graduates to already licensed counselors.  We also coordinate an intern program if you are looking for a site as part of your graduate coursework.  Licensed (and qualifying) Clinicians can look over additional employment options around supervision opportunities (as they are available).   Feel free to click on any of the employment options to view their Job Descriptions, Benefit packages and to get an idea of what the culture of our practice feels like.

Hiring for positions are at times on pause but you may always complete an application with your resume and cover letter.  

RLCBH is an approved HRSA site for the Federal Loan Reimbursement Program, along with being an approved site for the Washington Health Corps Student Loan Reimbursement Program.  These programs are available to qualifying RLCBH employees to apply for annually.
