It's a working commitment — supported by real tools, real structure, and real people — to build the kind of agency we'd want our own families served by. It's the result of layered investment in three distinct groups of people, each with their own pathway forward. ### From intern to *confident, competent, independent, licensed clinician* Graduate students arrive eager and uncertain. As clinicians reach licensure and gain experience, we invest in their growth as mentors, teachers, and clinical leaders.
